Matías González Romero
Guillermo focuses his practice on regulation, competition and public law. He has participated in various contentious and non-contentious proceedings before the Competition Tribunal (TDLC) and the Supreme Court of Justice, related to Big Tech and Fintech, among other sectors.
He has also provided advice on public law before judicial and administrative bodies and the Comptroller General of the Republic.
Guillermo has been appointed as registrar in several arbitration proceedings before the Centre for Arbitration and Mediation (CAM) of the Santiago Chamber of Commerce (CCS).
He holds a Law Degree from Universidad de Chile and a Postgraduate Diploma in Economic Public Law.
