In addition to the applicable WTO framework agreements, Chile has a network of bilateral and regional free-trade agreements (FTAs), along with numerous national regulations on tariffs, customs laws, and import/export rules.

It is crucial to understand and comply with these rules to ensure the success of import and export activities, cross-border service provision, and investment protection.

RojasPacini has extensive experience in trade law, interpretation, and negotiation of trade treaties. Our core team as well as our collaborators have served at the highest levels of the Chilean Government’s negotiation teams in numerous trade agreements over the past three decades.

We have represented clients in several antidumping procedures before Chile's Price Distortions Commission, as well as participated in investigations related to safeguards and subsidies.
