Camila Yáñez Cruces
Camila has extensive experience in competition matters, having participated in both contentious and non-contentious proceedings before the Competition Tribunal and the Supreme Court in a wide range of cases. She has advised clients across diverse industries—including telecommunications, dairy, steel, and the recently regulated fintech sector—and frequently engages with sectoral authorities.
Camila has also represented several companies in anti-dumping proceedings before the Chilean Import Price Distortions Commission.
Before joining RPA, Camila served as the Lawyer responsible for the Coordination of the Economic Law Department of the University of Chile. She also worked as a paralegal in the Litigation Division of the National Economic Prosecutor's Office. Camila has been a guest lecturer at Universidad San Sebastián and has worked as the coordinator of the Postgraduate Diploma program in International Economic Law taught by the Graduate School of Universidad de Chile and as an assistant professor of several undergraduate and graduate courses.
She holds a Law Degree from Universidad de Chile, a Postgraduate Diploma in Competition Law, a Postgraduate Diploma in Economic and Business Criminal Law and several specialization courses in Economic Law.
