Alvaro is a unique addition to our firm due to his diverse background in both law and philosophy. With experience in competition law and regulated markets, he is well-equipped to provide valuable insights and analysis in cross-border mergers & acquisitions and hostile takeovers.

His education includes a Law Degree from Universidad de Chile, a Postgraduate Programme in Urbanism and Public Regulation from Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Valparaiso, and the WIPO General Course on Intellectual Property. Additionally, he has engaged in research activities on competition and regulatory issues, highlighting analytical skills. 

Alvaro's past professional experience includes being an Associate at RCMM Legal and Business Development Services and XRP.LEGAL. He has also worked as a Law Intern at Moneda Asset Management and as a Junior Tax and Corporate Law Assistant at KPMG.

Furthermore, Alvaro has been invited as a speaker at the Law Faculty of Universidad de Chile, discussing the new regulatory proposals in the Chilean Tax System. He has fluency in several languages, including Spanish, English, Portuguese, French, and Classical Greek, which may prove to be an asset in handling complex international matters.
